Rivet considers a combination of psychometric analyses, life stage information, interests, location, and hobbies to more thoughtfully connect colleagues using HEXACO science. The HEXACO model of personality structure is a six-dimensional model that was created by Ashton and Lee and explained in their book, The H Factor of Personality. The six factors of HEXACO are Honesty/Humility (H), Emotionality (E), Extraversion (X), Agreeableness (A), Conscientiousness (C), and Openness to Experience (O). Rivet’s algorithm assigns work personas and connects people depending on the high and low levels of their personality factors.
